Nothing is set in stone yet, but my sister and I are planning on going to California in December. More specifically, we're planning on seeing Classics of Love (Jesse Michaels's newest band) at 924 Gilman Street. I have no idea what the area is like or anything, but I'm really excited! Last year we went up to New York for a weekend to see The Aquabats and DJ Lance play. We had an amazing and awesome, so hopefully this trip will be just as fun. I cannot wait! We should be booking the flight and hotel by the end of September / beginning of October.

I don't even know if anyone follows this, but I'm alive. I'm doing all right. Going to school. Getting a job for the summer. Trying to live my life. It's hard, but I'm trying to ignore all the bullshit and residual teenage angst.

I guess the only two appropriate things to do right now would be 1) song lyrics & 2) a photo.

I am getting better. Things are getting better. There were a few setbacks, but I can't and won't let them get to me. I can't forget who I was and am. I've changed, I know it, but I can't let anyone convince me it's been for the worse.

I went up to Orlando with my sister to go one of my all-time favorite bands, The Weakerthans. It was pouring, we got lost and I slightly freaked out, but it was totally worth it. I've loved them for eight years and I finallyfinallyfinally got to see them perform. yaayyyy! There really are just no words to describe what an amazing show that was.
